We have a long and wonderful tradition of helping education employees. NCAE members have always been
at the center of every struggle to advance public education in North Carolina.

 

Our members are classroom teachers and other licensed professional staff, education support professionals,
higher education faculty, classified staff, administrators, future teachers and retired school employees.

 

We’re there when you can’t be – monitoring the laws that affect how you do your job, advocating for higher
salaries, better working conditions, and innovative programs for children – so that you’re free to do what you
do best: helping our children succeed!
